A medium capacity thresher, suitable to small farmers and village cooperative societies in emerging nations. Its treshing results are very satisfactory. No clogging takes plase even with dump produces having long and very long straws. The thresher is very simple. The owner works also as a ventilator and polisher. It is the only part in motion. Adjustement is easy; moreover you can get a supplementary adjustement by regulating the speed of engine; higher speed with damp produces having short straws. It is possible to transport the machine by the help of 4 men; it can be pulled by a man only. It is also possible to tow it by a small tractor for short shifts. So the possibility is given to shift threshing from a field to another, so considerably reducing loss of grains due to transport of sheaves to the farm-house.
The hourly output is in conformity with the ability and good will of the operator. It also depends on the lenght of straws and the quantity of grains on spikes.
In the best cases it is possible to turn out 600 kgs of producs for hour, and even to exceed this limit. The tresher is delivered with a 6 H.P. one–cylinder diesel engine, 3000rpm, usable at H.P. By a simple adjustement and a kit of tools it is possible to thresh sorghum, soya-beans, millet and wheat. It is advisable to winnow the hulled produces.
